My mom and I went to Bliss after I had a previous positive experience. Both of us received pedicures in which my mom seemed to have enjoyed herself. I, on the other hand, was not asked if I wanted my nails cut although my pedicurist proceeded to cut them anyway. She also cut the skin surrounding the skin several times due to pulling the skin instead of cutting it away. After this, I needed a nail replaced and a fill. My pedicurist proceeded to start working on my nails. After telling me I needed another nail replaced, she popped off the nail and carried on. However, she then decided that several of my nails were lifting underneath. I told her to wait because I wanted to talk to my mom first because I could not see the nail lifting at all. The manicurist proceeded to ignore me and started popping off my nails. This pissed me off an incredible amount and I denied all her offers to fix my nails. For one, I did not agree to start having my nails removed and I refused to pay for additional services when I was ignored. For two, I could have removed my own nails without damaging the nail bed underneath. On top of this, my mother and I both received $35 pedicures and were charged $40 each, leading us to believe that due to me being upset, they buried the price of nail removal ($10) in our pedicures. Highly disappointed after my previous experience and will not be returning.
I really love this place. It’s clean. The pedicure offerings are great even though I personally think they are on the expensive side. However. Every. Single. Time. I wait and wait for service even though I have an appointment. I called today and she said come at 4. So I did. Three others were sitting there as well waiting. Last month when I came my husband and I waited an hour after our scheduled pedicure time. My time is just as valuable as yours. I’m curteous enough to make an appointment and ask what your schedule is. If you can’t accommodate me then say so. Don’t squeeze me in and then make me wait forever. You just lost a loyal client. This is way too common of an occurance. It’s rude and very unprofessional.
Nice friendly staff, serve drinks . Beautiful inside. They do good full set /ombre tips nails etc. and pedicures too

This is a great spa. I've been coming here for quite some time now. The atmosphere and pampering is always so relaxing. The service is also top notch. Thank you Lenny and all the hard working staff! Highly recommend!
